Hello, dear friends! Miss me?
Well it has been really hard time for me so I didn't even get chance to publish something here.
Today I'd like to tell you about the Cuckoo fair.
Since the 16th century, people have been coming from miles around to marvel at this medieval festival. These days, around 20,000 people enjoy live entertainment from brass bands, street performers and Morris dancers. For those who were brought up in the city it seems like a lot of quaint countryside fun, but the fair also has about 250 stalls selling handmade crafts and local produce, and that's why this place is so popular with tourists.
At the Cuckoo fair you can see children dancing around the Maypole looking  adorable as they are weaving around each other in their bright costumes. Also you can follow a street procession to the crowning of the cuckoo princess. Although I can't say I fully understand the significance of this ancient ceremony, it's interesting to find out something new.
Well that's all for now
I hope you enjoyed reading this post!
Have a nice day xx

                                                 *MY TRIP TO SAINT PETERSBURG*

Without a doubt this is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. Off the rekord, I admit I was a bit hesitant about taking such a leap into the unknown but our teachers managed to find an excellent tour guide that knew the city inside and out.. Most people think as Moscow as the capital of Russia and overlook the fact that St Petersburg served that role for over 200 years.

Regardless of your interests you are bound to find it in the city. During our stay we went to see the Pavlovsk palace, Zimniy palace, the Catherin's palace and had dinners at fine restaurants in the evening. The days were spent viewing artwork by the masters such as Raphael and Leonardo da Vinci in the Hermitage Museum or walking the halls of the various palaces built by the Romanovs. We also brushed up on our knowledge about Petersburg's hardship when it was the Second World War and a lot of the masterpieces of art were seriously damaged.

During our trip I was really in my element. I found the people friendly and outgoing, the city easy to navigate and the culture intriguing.

And here are some photos :)

Good evening friends! Today I want to tell you about healthy eating. Well, did you know that people which live in the Okinawa  (small fishing village on one of the islands of Okinawa, Japan) have very big lifespan? Btw this island has the healthiest concentration of centenarians in the whole world! People live so long here because they have a healthy low-fat diet. They eat slowly to savour their food and they always  stay active. In the outskirts of the village there, facing the sea, is an old stone marker and the Japanese characters engraved on it mean that at 70 human is a child, at 80 he is a young man or woman and if at 90 someone from heaven invites him over he should tell them to go away and come back when he is 100! Moreover it is known that life threatening complaints such as cancer, diabetes or heart diseases are very rare in Okinawa. It seems that Okinawans not only live happier and longer, they live better.
By making simple lifestyle changes you can increase your longevity too! At first you should eat healthy food such as fresh fish, sweet potato, spring onions and other fresh locally grown vegetables. You can try tofu- a soya product high in protein and vitamins. To have a healthy diet you need to keep your servings under control.
Hope this information was useful!
Have a nice day x

Hey everybody!
Hope you are okay :)
Well, it was really dreadful week so I am very tired of school.
The weather is awful because it's too much cold and there's a loooot of mud on the streets.
I want to go on holiday so much I can't stand!
Now I am sitting with my cat called Mura and we are relaxing and making each other warmer. Mura is purring while sleeping  and it sounds really cute. By the way she is already 11 years old which means she is an old cat lady πŸ˜ΈπŸ‘΅πŸΌ but despite this fact she's still looking pretty and playful like a little kitten.
This is Mura while drinking strange pink liquid (water mixed with some paint). She looks crazy!!
My cat has extraordinary pink nails which are produced specially for animals to prevent scratches on the furniture. I think these nails suit her perfectly!
Anyway, I need to go now.
See you later xx

Hi guys! Welcome to my blog. I would like you to read this article about my traveling experience.
Can you imagine a remote luxury village in the very heart of snowy Russia? Well, that's exactly where my family estate is. Every year I have a great possibility to visit my second palace which is situated in the centre of Paphos city in Cyprus. It's a place where you can find luxury villas, beautiful people on vacation, delicious food and wine and of course a lot of wonderful cats.
This is the land in the Kikkos monastery which is 1200 meters high above the sea level. It's quite difficult to breathe here because of the altitude.
This is a typical Greek still life image. The combination of blue and white makes this style unique and impressive. I took this photo by myself and I think it is worth to be printed out and hang it on the wall.
I hope you will enjoy following my blog and I'd like to see you here again!
